| Once the house addition was complete, it wasn't long before construction withdrawals led to a new project. |

| More storage space, a private sun deck, and a built-in pool slide inspired what became known as the slide project. Built on to the new house addition, this project began in October of '95. | |

| Once the basic frame was completed, rebar was installed to prepare the slide for gunite. The new addition included three separate storage areas, an enclosed pool pump area, and an outdoor staircase leading to a sundeck. | |

| The gunite crew from Tucson had never seen anything like the slide we had designed. The finished product included hand-formed, pop out palm trees on the staircase wall and fence. | |

Additional storage rooms included a separate lawn mower parking area accessible from the front yard, as well as finished storage rooms for holiday decorations and summer pool toys. |
