TIME SHARE for RENT

We own a one, two and three bedroom suite time share at the West Gate Lakes in Orlando, Florida. Each year, we have left over stock which we would like to rent to anyone. These time shares will rent for as much as $3700 per week if you walk in off the street in Orlando. However, with us being able to rent our units to individuals, we can save you money. A three bedroom suite would rent for $1500/week, 2 bedroom for $1000/week or a one bedroom for $750/week or less during any season. You cannot even get a nice hotel room in the Orlando area for less than $700.

The best time for us to check on availability is 60 days prior to your arrival time. This is the time that all owners have to verify if they will take possession of their timeshare or put it up for purchase. If one is put up for purchase, there is a possibility to take possession. Two and three bedrooms are difficult, but possible. One bedrooms are always available.

For that matter, with an additional small fee, we can exchange Orlando Florida for any place in the world which has time share such as Mexico, United Kingdom, Mediterranean, Australia and the Caribbean islands.

Since we own in Orlando, we can exchange our units at anytime of the year. West Gate Lakes is also a five star resort which means we can exchange for other five star resorts. West Gate Lakes is only one mile away from Seaworld, five miles away from Disney World, three miles away from Universal Studios and one hour away from Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral.

A three bedroom unit can sleep up to 12 persons with luxuries such as washer/dryer, full kitchen, big screen television, leather couches and a fresh water lake only 20 feet away. The resort offers rentals on jet skis, fishing and ski boats. Guests are also protected by full time security. Complimentary morning breakfasts and special barbecue events are offered.
